Recently the team from Scotty worked with KSF developing a very unique workshop scenario for customer service and Agentic AI deployment. The results..were interesting to say the least.

Politeness vs. passive aggression.
Logic vs. caps lock.
One Karen even started arguing with another Karen.
We didn’t plan that. It just… happened.
